Commercial water damage

The entire first floor of this Office complex in Monticello suffered significant water damage. The before photo shows the standing water in one of the offices and the after photo is the same office after mitigation was completed.  SERVPRO of Maple Grove quickly arrived and began extracting water throughout all 5 business Suites in the complex.  All extraction was completed, and drying equipment was set in all areas in the first day.  SERVPRO of Maple Grove worked with the 5 different businesses to coordinate the demolition that needed to be completed in each office at times that minimized business disruption.  Some of the businesses were up and running the day after the loss and were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, quality, flexibility, and timeliness of the mitigation work performed by SERVPRO of Maple Grove.
